Julie McClelland is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT service desk operations and team leadership. Currently serving as the IT Service Desk Team Leader at Housing 21 since February 2024, Julie has previously held the role of IT Service Desk Manager at Gateley Plc from November 2018 to February 2024. Prior to that, Julie worked as Desktop Support Team Lead at Gowling WLG UK and Plan-Net plc from March 2015 to November 2018, as well as serving as IT Service Desk Team Lead at Goodrich from September 2006 to February 2015. With a proven track record of managing international teams and supporting global sites, Julie excels in delivering high-quality IT support across diverse operational environments.
