Ruxandra M. Hill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and governance within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Risk Ops at BMO Financial Group since November 2005, Ruxandra provides integrated enterprise risk governance oversight and has held various senior leadership positions focused on risk strategy, transformation, and crisis management. Ruxandra is also an active member of the Executives' Club of Chicago, serving on its Advisory Board and previously as Board Chair. Ruxandra contributes to Housing Forward as an elected Board Director, supporting initiatives for individuals in housing crises, and has held governance roles within the Canada-US Business Council. Ruxandra's educational background includes an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and dual degrees in Economics and International Business from Elmhurst University.
