Sherae McNeal

Sherae McNeal is a legal practitioner currently serving as Of Counsel at Greenberg Legal Group LLC, specializing in personal injury, wrongful death, and complex family and estate litigation matters since August 2024. Additionally, Sherae has held contractual positions as a Hearing Officer for both the Housing Opportunities Commission since July 2015 and the Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County since August 2014, overseeing grievance and informal review hearings under HUD/CFR regulations. As a partner at O'Guinn McNeal Attorneys at Law since April 1996, Sherae has extensive experience in legal practice. From November 1998 to December 2014, Sherae also served as an Associate Judge and later as Chief Judge of the Orphans' Court for Howard County. Sherae holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law (1991) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland College Park (1988).
