Liz Padmore currently serves as Chairperson for both the British Red Cross and The Staff College for Leadership in Healthcare, positions held since January 2022. In addition, Liz has been the Chairwoman of the Board at Housing Solutions since January 2018 and a Fellow at Green Templeton College since 2013, where Liz is a member of the Governing Body and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. As an Emeritus Director/Trustee for Women for Women International since January 2008 and a Governor and Member of Council at the Ditchley Foundation since 2006, Liz has extensive governance experience. Liz is a long-standing member of the International Women's Forum and has held various roles, including Vice Chairman of the Royal Society of the Arts (RSA) since 1997. Liz's previous leadership roles include Chairman of Hampshire Hospitals Foundation Trust from January 2010 to December 2019 and Director at The Prince's Youth Business International from January 2008 to July 2019. Liz graduated with an MA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) and Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford and Brasenose College between 1974 and 1978.
