Eugene Salazar, MBA, possesses extensive experience in operations management, having served in various leadership roles within Houston ISD since 1999. As Operations Administrative Officer, Eugene effectively organized strategic risk analysis and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements, while previously directing core business operations as Interim Chief Operating Officer. Eugene's background encompasses formulating company policies, overseeing facility management, and managing quality assurance functions.
