Tisha Mesa, MBA, MSET, is an accomplished educational technology professional with extensive experience in managing instructional technology at Houston Independent School District since May 2021. In previous roles, Tisha served as Campus Instructional Technologist at Heights High School, where responsibilities included supporting technology integration and conducting professional development for educators. Tisha's background also includes teaching as an adjunct instructor at ITT Technical Institute, business management, human resources consulting, and media production. Tisha holds a Master of Science in Educational Technology and an MBA, complementing a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of North Texas.
