Brad Shaink

Brad Shaink serves as the Executive Director of Innovation & IT Business Applications at Houston Methodist, a position held since June 2011. In this role, Brad focuses on strategizing and designing digital innovation initiatives to enhance the digital experiences for consumers, patients, and employees, covering areas such as mobile app development, voice enablement, natural language processing, and intelligent automation. Additionally, Brad oversees the activation and curation of an experiential technology hub aimed at transforming the healthcare technology landscape. Prior to this role, Brad was the Director of Information Technology at Children's Hospital & Medical Center in Omaha from January 2008 to June 2011. Brad holds an MBA in Business, Information Systems, and Internet Marketing from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
