Nancy Harris

Nancy Harris, MSML, is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Houston Methodist since June 2015, Nancy effectively manages the full lifecycle of hiring processes. Previously, at American National Family of Companies, Nancy held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for maintaining high service levels throughout recruitment. Earlier experience includes serving as Recruiter II at Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare, focusing on staffing for two hospitals, and multiple managerial roles at Medical Staffing Network, where Nancy oversaw operations and secured numerous accounts. Nancy holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Management & Leadership from Western Governors University.
