Tesha Montgomery

Tesha Montgomery currently serves as the Senior Vice President of System Patient Access at Houston Methodist, overseeing the operations of the Houston Methodist Physician Organization, which manages 1.3 million visits annually. Prior to this role, Tesha held the position of Chief Operating Officer for the Memorial Hermann Physician Network, overseeing a large independent practice association with 4,000 physicians. Tesha's extensive experience also includes various administrative roles at Mayo Clinic, where responsibilities spanned outpatient practice, access management, and clinical and wellness programs. Additionally, Tesha began a career in healthcare as a Staff Nurse in Primary Care at the Department of Veterans Affairs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Ohio State University.
