Carl Mandell

Carl Mandell is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in sports broadcasting and entertainment. Currently serving as Sr. Creative Director & Executive Producer for the Houston Texans since February 2023, Mandell previously held key positions at the Philadelphia Union for 13 years, culminating in the role of Vice President, Broadcast & Entertainment. Additional notable roles include directing basketball programs at Villanova University and La Salle University, and freelance positions with the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies. Mandell's career also includes leadership roles at Tennessee Smokies Baseball and Houston Dynamo, along with foundational experience as a production intern for several baseball teams. Mandell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from Penn State University.
