Jwan Alkhalil

Jwan Alkhalil is a Senior Project Manager at Houston Public Works since September 2023, previously serving as a Graduate Engineer with the City of Houston from July 2017 to September 2023, where responsibilities included coordinating a $15 million Preventive Maintenance program for the sanitary sewer collection system. Prior to this, Jwan worked as an Energy Consultant at SolarCity, focusing on customer relationship management and exploring new market opportunities. Education includes a Master of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering, both from UAE University. Additional experience includes roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, Graduate Research Assistant, Civil Engineer at Rahal Green Technology, and an internship at Al Faraa Construction and Industrial Group.
