Singarpal Singh Sekhon

Singarpal Singh Sekhon, P.E., CCM, PMP, ENV SP, is a seasoned engineer currently serving as Managing Engineer in Wastewater Facilities at Houston Public Works since April 2019. Prior to this role, Singarpal held various positions within the City of Houston's Public Works & Engineering Department, advancing from Project Tech III to Senior Project Manager between June 2013 and March 2019. Earlier experience includes roles at Creation Technologies and Sanden International, where responsibilities spanned electronic assembly and quality control. Singarpal's extensive background also encompasses a tenure as Senior Engineer/Project Engineer in the Department of Rural Development in Punjab, India, overseeing substantial civil engineering projects. Additionally, Singarpal managed infrastructure development initiatives at the Small Scale Industry Corporation of Madhya Pradesh.
