Clay Neff

Clay Neff is president of Chevron Middle East, Africa, South America Exploration and Production, based in Houston, Texas. He is responsible for Chevron’s oil and gas exploration and production activities in these regions. Prior to this role, he worked in various engineering, operations, commercial and management positions across the United States, Angola, and Nigeria. Clay serves on the board of directors of the Council of Americas, the Corporate Council on Africa, among others. He is also a member of the University of Houston Energy Advisory Board and the Louisiana State University, College Engineering Dean’s Advisory Council. He received his bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University in 1984.
