Jackie Wallace

Jackie Wallace is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and strategic communications, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Communications & Public Affairs at the Houston Zoo since May 2014. In this role, Jackie develops and executes conservation messaging strategies that educate the public and promote zoo visitation while leading internal communications to align staff with organizational objectives. Previous roles include Vice President at True North Marketing + Public Relations, where Jackie managed strategic plans and media training, and publicist for LEGOLAND Florida Resort, focusing on publicity strategies. Jackie has a strong background in media relations, having secured significant media coverage and developed impactful campaigns, including a $150M fundraising effort at the Houston Zoo.
