Sonja Milović has a diverse work experience in the legal and compliance field. Sonja worked at Houthoff as the Head of Compliance from May 2020 to the present and previously as a Compliance Officer from November 2017 to May 2020. Prior to that, they were a Legal & Compliance Officer at Linxdatacenter from February 2014 to October 2017 and a Legal Counsel from September 2012 to January 2014. Sonja also gained substantial experience in EU and Competition law as a Lawyer at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek from March 2007 to May 2012, with a focus on national and multi-jurisdictional merger control cases and cartel investigations. Sonja also worked as a Visiting Associate in New York during March 2011 to May 2011. In addition, Sonja has worked as a Freelance Author at Reed Elsevier and as an Intern at Loyens & Loeff.
Sonja Milović's education history includes several notable experiences. From 2001 to 2006, they attended Leiden University, where they studied Corporate and Commercial Law. Afterwards, in 2015 to 2016, they attended Yoga Garden and obtained a Yin Yoga Teacher certification, specializing in Yin Yoga.
In 2011, they briefly attended the London Business School, focusing on various subjects such as strategy, marketing, macro-economics, and culture as part of their exploration of business awareness. Sonja also attended Da Vinci College in Leiden from 1995 to 2001, but the specific field of study or degree obtained is unknown.
