HOVENSA LLC is a joint venture established in 1997. It was previously operated as HOVIC (Hess Oil Virgin Islands Corp.) and is located on the beautiful island of St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands. Our mission is to create quality fuels that enrich people's lives.
