Cisco Ramos, PhD has extensive experience in data science and analytics. Currently, they serve as the Director of Data Science and Analytics at Howard Hughes Medical Institute. Prior to this, Cisco worked at Duke University as the Assistant Dean of Assessment and Evaluation, where they also held the position of Manager of Program Evaluation and Assessment. They have also worked at the University of Pennsylvania as a Postdoctoral Fellow and Predoctoral Fellow. In addition, Cisco worked at Indiana University as a Graduate Research Assistant and at Cornell University as a Research Assistant.
Cisco Ramos, PhD, earned a B.A. in History (Honors Program) from the University of Michigan in 2006. Later, they pursued a Ph.D. in Policy Studies and Education at Indiana University Bloomington, completing it in 2014. Additionally, Cisco obtained certifications in FinTech Law and Policy and Blockchain Business Models from Duke University in 2020.
