Abby Nelson has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as an HR Generalist and Corporate Recruiter at Howard Industries since August 2005. In this role, Abby collaborates with Vice Presidents and General Foremen to assess staffing needs, recruit talent from college career fairs, conduct interviews, and manage the applicant tracking process. Abby also supports various HR functions, including relocation, benefits, and diversity training, while overseeing community initiatives like the United Way campaign. Prior to Howard Industries, Abby worked as a Credit Manager at Wells Fargo Financial. Abby holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from The University of Southern Mississippi.
