Brad Neudorfer is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the construction industry, currently employed at Howard S. Wright, a Balfour Beatty company, since May 2016. In this role, Brad has successfully managed various aspects of the St. Michael Medical Center Acute Care Expansion, overseeing MEP systems, doors/frames/hardware, and self-performed work. Previously, during an internship at the same company, Brad managed scopes of work for the Cornish Commons project, a 20-story new student housing development in Seattle. Additional experience includes internships at Lydig Construction, where Brad posted over 450 RFIs and developed scopes of work, as well as a technician position at Pacific Rim Equipment Rental, and a pre-apprentice role at Pacific Construction Systems, where Brad contributed to a major paint and drywall project. Brad holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Washington State University.
