James Bell

James Bell is an experienced Operations Manager at Howard University, specializing in veterinary services since June 2013. Previous roles include Vivarium/Immunology Lab Manager at Human Genome Sciences and Facility Specialist at SoBran-Inc, where James played a key role in opening a new vivarium and implementing cost-effective sanitation procedures.
