Shay McDuffie

Shay McDuffie currently serves as the Assistant Director of Residence Life and Interim Director of Residence Life at Howard University, focusing on strategic direction and organizational management within the University Housing department since November 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure at B.HOM Student Living, where responsibilities spanned from General Manager, overseeing all property operations, to Leasing and Marketing Manager, leading diversity initiatives and achieving significant revenue stabilization.
