Agata Donald

Agata Donald is a seasoned benefits and HR analyst with extensive experience across multiple organizations, including Howden Group Holdings, HFW, and Chevron. Currently serving as a Benefits Analyst at Howden Group Holdings since April 2023, Agata has previously held roles focusing on HR systems and benefits analysis, benefits/pension analysis, and various HR services. With a strong background in corporate employee benefit program administration, vendor management, and payroll processes, Agata has contributed to projects including the implementation of Workday and process improvements within HR systems. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in American Culture Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies, both from Jagiellonian University, as well as comprehensive HR expertise cultivated through various roles in the field.
