Hayley H. has over 26 years of work experience. Hayley started their career at RSA in 1994 as a PA to Senior Claims Leaders, where they managed diaries and organized internal and external visits. In 2012, they became a PA to the Personal Claims Director, handling complex diary management, organizing meetings, and supporting budget management. Hayley also provided support during significant weather events and mentored other PAs. In 2013, they transitioned to being an Executive PA to the Group CFO, handling various tasks such as collating reports and monitoring compliance. In 2016, they joined Howden Group Holdings as an Executive PA to the Commercial Director and Executive Director. Hayley is currently working as an Executive Assistant at Howden Insurance Brokers Limited.
