Naomi Matthams

Naomi Matthams currently serves as the Global Community Impact Campaigns Manager at Howden, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Naomi worked at AXA XL as the Sustainability Manager from January 2020 to July 2023. Previous experience includes serving as the Diversity Operations Manager at White & Case LLP from July 2019 to January 2020, and a significant tenure at Nomura, where Naomi held various positions from May 2012 to November 2018, culminating as the Head of Community Affairs EMEA (Vice-President).
