Nicky Flook

Nicky Flook is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and change management across various industries. Currently serving as Change Comms Lead for Business Integration at Howden Group Holdings since June 2023, Nicky previously held significant roles, including Global Internal Communications Lead at BT, where the focus was on a global finance transformation program. Nicky also led communications for Tesco's finance transformation initiative and served as UK Communications Lead at Pfizer, promoting an inclusive culture.
