Vusa Tebe

Vusa Tebe is an experienced diversity, equity, and inclusion professional currently serving as the Group Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at Howden Group Holdings since September 2022. Prior experience includes working as an Inclusion & Diversity Consultant and Associate Partner at INCLUSION CONSULTING LTD, where Vusa developed I&D strategies, designed governance frameworks, and hosted focus groups to enhance inclusion across various organizations. Previous roles at Kantar included leading the BAME strategy for the UK & Ireland and co-founding the Colourful @ Kantar Employee Network Group. Vusa's foundation in continuous improvement and process enhancement is supported by earlier positions in business and process improvement at Kantar Worldpanel and OneFamily. Vusa holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Bradford.
