Chris Conway

Chris Conway is a highly experienced professional in the reinsurance and underwriting sector, currently serving as Managing Director at Howden Re since February 2020, specializing in reinsurance and retro brokerage. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Senior Vice President at Neon Underwriting Bermuda, focusing on underwriting catastrophe and risk business, following an impactful tenure as an Underwriter at Ascot Underwriting Bermuda, where underwriting efforts generated significant gross written premium. Chris began a career in underwriting at AQR Re Ltd. and Third Point Reinsurance Ltd., holding key roles that included risk analytics and achieving impressive net returns for targeted cat funds.
