Michael Lambert

Michael Lambert is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in the reinsurance sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at Howden Re since March 2024 and Executive Director at Howden Group Holdings, also from March 2022, Michael has previously held significant leadership roles such as Managing Director and Senior Vice President at Guy Carpenter from August 2019 to March 2022. Prior to this, Michael was a Partner at Jardine Lloyd Thompson from September 2013 to August 2019 and worked as a Reinsurance Broker ACII at Miller Insurance Services LLP from September 2004 to September 2013. Michael Lambert is an alumnus of the University of Plymouth, where studies were completed from 2001 to 2004.
