Neal McCullough

Neal McCullough is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in catastrophe risk analysis and management. Since 2009, Neal has served as Managing Director at Howden Re, where strategic leadership and expertise in risk management have been pivotal. Prior roles include Senior Catastrophe Risk Analyst at Aon from 2005 to 2009, focusing on training, developing industry tools, and managing complex analyses, alongside proficiency in key industry models such as RMS and AIR. Neal's earlier experience includes serving as a Resident Advisor and Community Advisor at the University of Minnesota from 2002 to 2005. Neal holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics - Actuarial Science (Honors) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Honors) from the University of Minnesota Duluth, both earned between 2000 and 2005.
