Dawn Francisco is an accomplished executive and strategic leader within the beauty industry, currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer at Anastasia Beverly Hills since May 2024. Dawn has held various prominent positions, including Management Consultant at Howl and a member of the Board of Advisors for both Narrativ and b-glowing. Previous roles include Chief Digital Officer at Exponent Beauty, where a focus was placed on effective skincare principles, and Vice President of Marketing at Dermstore under Target Corporation, where management of a 30-member team was executed. Dawn has also served as Vice President and General Manager for GlamGlow at The Estée Lauder Companies and as Vice President of Global Marketing at Erbaviva. As the Founder and CEO of LJ Beauty Ventures, Dawn successfully launched a global prestige hair care brand. Dawn holds a professional development degree in Leadership Communication from Harvard University.
