Owen Dzwairo is currently the Chief Happiness Officer at Howler, having previously held roles such as Culture and Talent Manager at Adumo, People and Culture Manager at Sureswipe, and Human Resources Manager at intuitive and inala. Earlier in their career, Owen served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at tradebridge and founded Belvica as the Chief Coffee Drinker. Owen started their career as an HR Officer at UPD after obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Midlands State University.
