Mike Chanatry is Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Howmet Aerospace Inc., a role he has held since April 2018.
Prior to joining Howmet Aerospace, Mike was an officer at GE where he last served as VP of supply chain at GE Power’s $30b operation from 2015 to 2018. Prior to becoming a GE officer in 2015, he held key GM leadership roles in procurement, manufacturing and product management with GE Appliances from 2013 to 2015, GE Aviation Systems from 2008 to 2013, and GE Aircraft Engines from 2003 to 2008. Mike was also the President of Middle River Aircraft Systems, Baltimore, MD from 1998 to 2003, previously a $1b GE owned company that designs and builds engine nacelles and large aerostructures.
Mike started his career with GE Aerospace, Utica, NY in 1983, which was acquired by Lockheed Martin in 1993. In total, Mike brings 37 plus years experience from both GE and Lockheed Martin in Aerospace, Defense and Aviation industries.
