Besar Dika

Besar Dika is a technology professional with extensive experience in various roles within the IT and data center sectors. Currently serving as the CIO and Co-Founder of Hoyo Tech since January 2022, Besar Dika leads a team focused on delivering comprehensive software ecosystems for Web, Mobile, and IoT solutions. Prior experience includes roles at Rackspace as a Storage and Backup Engineer, where Besar Dika utilized expertise in storage infrastructure and disaster recovery environments, and as a Storage Administrator at Datapipe, specializing in Netbackup. Additional positions include Data Center Operator at Nasdaq, Network Engineer at Thomson Reuters, and an internship at Lehman Brothers, complemented by early experience as an IT Support Specialist at South East European University. Besar Dika holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Technology from City Tech, CUNY, and has a foundation in IT support from SEEU.
