Dashmir Istrefi

Dashmir Istrefi has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 as a Research Assistant at the International University of Struga. Dashmir then went on to work at VIP Operator as a Product Marketing - Innovations from 2010 to 2016. Dashmir also held various roles at Bransys, including COO and Project Lead. In 2016, they founded FleetHub and in 2017, they joined ILIRIA College as an Assistant Professor. In 2018, they co-founded Hoyo Tech and worked as a Project Lead at Helios Electron. Currently, they are working as an Assistant Professor at UBT - University for Business and Technology since 2019.

Dashmir Istrefi holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Computer Science from Universiteti Politeknik i Tiranës, which was completed from 2009 to 2014. Dashmir also has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Technology, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Sheffield, obtained between 2007 and 2009. Dashmir'sundergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science, was earned from South East European University (SEEU) from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their academic qualifications, Dashmir Istrefi has obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2021.
