Yu Jin has extensive work experience in the gaming industry. Yu started their career in 2003 as a Game Programmer at Tose Software and then moved on to work as a Gameplay Programmer at Gamestar. In 2004, they joined Ubisoft China as a Gameplay/AI Programmer and later transitioned to Ubisoft Montreal as a Senior Gameplay/AI Programmer. At Ubisoft Montreal, they worked on various titles such as Assassin's Creed and Watch Dogs, focusing on gameplay mechanics, AI systems, and mission systems. In 2019, Yu Jin joined miHoYo Co., Ltd. as a Senior AI Programmer and quickly progressed to become the Lead Gameplay Programmer. At miHoYo, their responsibilities included implementing AI and gameplay features, team building and management, and hiring and training new team members.
Yu Jin attended the Hangzhou Institute of Electronic Engineering from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a bachelor's degree in Information System and Information Management.
