Jodi Paton has a strong background in human resources and talent development. Jodi has extensive experience in the cinema industry, having worked for HOYTS Group since 2013. Jodi has held various roles within the company, including Chief People Officer and Director - People, Performance and Culture. Prior to their time at HOYTS Group, Jodi worked for Jones Lang LaSalle as a Learning & Development Manager and HR Business Partner. Jodi also had significant experience in the hospitality industry, having worked for InterContinental Hotels Group in various talent development roles. Jodi's career began at The Australian National University, where they served as a Training and Development Coordinator.
Jodi Paton holds a Master's degree in Organisational Development & Training from Southern Cross University, a Master's degree in Sport Psychology from Western Sydney University, a PostGraduate Diploma in Psychology from Western Sydney University, and a BA in Psychology from Griffith University.
