Jay brings more than 10 years of call center experience in Sales and Member Services to HPOne. Prior to joining HPOne in 2014, he held multiple positions for Star Gas (NYSE: SGU), overseeing call centers throughout New York State and Connecticut. In his current position, Jay and his team are responsible for building new client relationships, while working with internal and external groups to help our clients exceed their goals. Jay holds a BS and MBA in Accounting from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT.
