Lynn Phillips

Lynn Phillips has extensive experience in the human resources sector, currently serving as Community Facilitator for Workforce Planning & Analytics at Hr.com since February 2012, contributing to the largest free global social network and resource site for HR professionals. Prior to this role, Lynn worked at Seymour Development from July 2007 to January 2012 in property management, overseeing the administration of residential rental properties. Earlier professional experience includes a position as an IT Specialist with a focus on Siebel at Sunlife Canada from January 2004 to April 2009. Lynn Phillips has pursued education at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and the University of Alberta.
