Meredith Haney

Meredith began working with HR Directions in February of 2020 after relocating to the area. Meredith graduated from the University of Maryland receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. With her love for law and passion to work with others, she discovered that working in HR compliance was a perfect fit for her. As part of the compliance team, Meredith ensures that employment laws are upheld throughout the onboarding process for new candidates while reviewing each piece of compliance to assist in individuals starting their next step in their career.
