Becca became Director of Human Resources in 2021 after serving as Manager of Human Resources.
She has an extensive background administering process enhancements, compensation processes, talent development programs, and strategic initiatives.
Becca earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from the University of Texas-Austin.
