Jackie Throop, SPHR has over 25 years of experience in HR. Jackie began their career as a Human Resource Consultant at HR Source in 1996, working there until 2002. From 2005 to 2019, they served as the U.S. Corporate Benefits and HRIS Manager at Senior plc, where they developed and administered progressive health and welfare benefit programs for multiple business units. In 2020, they returned to HR Source as an EngageHR Specialist, and in June 2021, they were promoted to Director of Outsourced HR & Recruiting Services. Throughout their career, Jackie has demonstrated expertise in managing vendor relationships, overseeing employee savings solutions, and administering employee stock option plans.
Jackie Throop, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Community Health from Northern Illinois University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in May 2021. Furthermore, Jackie has other certifications such as Health and Life Insurance Producer- Illinois from the National Insurance Producer Registry, and they are also registered for the Series 66 and Series 7 certifications from FINRA.
