Mary Lynn Fayoumi began their work experience in 1990 at HR Source, where they held the positions of Human Resource Consultant/Trainer until 1993 and Vice President from 1993 until 1999. In 1999, they became the President & CEO of HR Source, a position they still hold.
Mary Lynn Fayoumi's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, with a major in Human Resources and a minor in German. Mary Lynn attended this institution from 1982 to 1986. Subsequently, they pursued an MBA at the Thunderbird School of Global Management from 1986 to 1987. In addition, Mary Lynn Fayoumi has acquired several certifications, including a Certified Association Executive certification from the American Society of Association Executives and a Global Professional in Human Resources certification as well as a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification, both from the HR Certification Institute. The specific dates for when these certifications were obtained are currently unknown.
