Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at HR Source since September 2022, Nancy previously held various significant positions, including Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager at Ipsen USA until retirement in April 2021. Additional experience includes roles at Monogram Systems - Zodiac Aerospace, Textron Fastening Systems, and Rockford Powertrain Company, where Nancy provided comprehensive HR management and program administration. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from St. Francis University, Nancy has a robust background in HR practices across multiple industries, including manufacturing and supply chain environments.
