Victoria Conner, PHR, is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in human resources and community relations. Currently serving as the Community Relationship Manager at Rediscovher since January 2023, Victoria focuses on helping mothers rediscover their identities while managing family and careers through tailored events and resources. Victoria holds dual roles as an HR Partner at HR Source and a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Realty, Inc., both positions held since 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Generalist at XPO Logistics, Inc. from April 2017 to October 2020 and as an Executive Team Leader in both Human Resources and Guest Experience at Target from August 2012 to August 2016. Victoria Conner earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Aurora University between 2007 and 2012.
