Previously, Laura held the position of Head of People for Australia and New Zealand at TikTok, where leadership in diversity and inclusion initiatives was a key focus. With leadership roles at companies such as Twitch, Ancestry, Zynga, Lyft, InMobi, and Nokia, Laura has demonstrated a strong track record in human resources and organizational development, achieving significant growth and transformation within each organization. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from TAFE NSW.
