Jose Serrano-McClain

Jose Serrano-McClain is a Partner at HR&A Advisors, focusing on the transformation of local government and economic planning for inclusive, future-ready cities since October 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Principal and Director at the NYC Mayor's Office of Technology and Innovation from October 2016 to October 2018 and Program Director for NYCx Co-Labs. Jose served as a Community Organizer at the Queens Museum from 2010 to October 2016 and co-founded Fame Theory, LLC, between 2006 and 2009. An Economic Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York from 2001 to 2006, education includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Fine Arts with a concentration in Social Practice Art from Queens College.
