Shawn Daugherty

Shawn Daugherty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public policy, technology, and organizational management. Currently serving as Principal at HR&A Advisors, Shawn leads a $70M federal grant project, managing remote teams and developing critical initiatives such as subgrant programs and stakeholder engagement strategies. Prior to this, Shawn held the position of Director, overseeing a $4M federal planning grant to create a state Digital Equity Plan. Other notable roles include Senior Government Relations Manager at Human-I-T, where Shawn secured $3.6M in grants, and Director of Operations at SPARC, where operational strategies doubled annual revenue. Education credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
