Susy Vaca

Susy Vaca, MBA, currently serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer at HR&A Advisors since March 2024. Vaca has an extensive background in human resources, previously holding the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at RSM US LLP from May 2012 to December 2022, where responsibilities included executing talent strategies for the Tax national line of business. Earlier roles at RSM included Director and HR Director, focusing on HR leadership for over 700 employees in the NYC Metro Offices. Prior to RSM, Vaca worked at Deloitte as an HR Generalist, supporting HR practices for over 500 practitioners, and held HR roles at kate spade new york and Pace University, where Vaca developed leadership training programs. Academically, Vaca holds an MBA with dual concentrations in Human Resources and International Business, as well as a BBA in Business Management, both from Pace University.
