Emmanuel Michael

Emmanuel Michael, SPHRi, serves as the Certification Council Chair, Vice Chair, and Member at HRCI since August 2019 and has held the position of Director of Human Resources at Eko Hotels & Suites since August 2024. Emmanuel is the founder and host of #HRwithEM®, a leadership coaching initiative started in March 2016. As a founding member of the Society for People Analytics and an Advisory Board Member for FITC Nigeria's E3 Conference and Eudoratech, Emmanuel contributes to strategic planning and guidance in HR and employee engagement. With extensive experience, including as Head of People & Culture at Letshego MFB and Interim CEO of Coleman Research Group, Emmanuel's educational background encompasses multiple prestigious institutions, including Cornell University and Harvard Business School, where various HR and management certificates were earned.
