Richard Kochan is currently the Director of Operations - CT at HRP Associates, Inc. In this role, Richard leads a team of technical professionals to serve clients in environmental, engineering, and health and safety needs. With over a decade of experience in project management and environmental science, Richard has worked with a variety of clients in different sectors. Prior to their current role, Richard worked as a Project Environmental Scientist and Task Manager at Arcadis, and as a Field Technician at Environmental Compliance Services, Inc. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Business Administration in Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
